Job Description

The “Service Administrator” position and team are responsible for the resolving of any issues caused through freight damage or product deficiency. Additionally, open order updates and Designer documentation verification fall under this position. This is a home based position and is full time – 40 hours per week plus overtime. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of this industry, both from a damage resolution perspective as well as working with freight providers and factory representatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the interior design / home furnishings industry in specific service related work – freight damage and product quality issues.
  • Great communicative and computer skills.
  • Ability to work without distractions and un-supervised from your home.
  • High Speed internet and a computer.
